Altar Servers

Eucharistic Adoration

Parishioners devote one or more hours per week to Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament exposed in the Chapel. Adoration is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion

Men and women, who are at least 16 years old and have received Confirmation, are trained and commissioned to assist in distributing Communion at Mass, to the sick, and to the homebound. Training includes both the theological and physical aspects of this ministry.

The Hispanic Prayer Group of All Saints

(Grupo de Oración de Todos los Santos)

The Hispanic Prayer Group of All Saints invites everyone to join them in prayer and praise every Friday evening in the Fellowship Hall. It starts at 7:00 p.m. with the recitation of the rosary followed by readings from sacred scripture.. El Grupo de Oración de Todos los Santos invita a todos a unirse en oración y alabanza todos los viernes en la cafetería o (Fellowship Hall). Comienza a las 7:00PM con el rosario seguido de escrituras sagradas.

Men and women are trained to proclaim the appropriate Sacred Scripture readings and prayers at Mass. Formation includes both the theological and material elements of the lector ministry and lectoring within the All Saints worship space.

Masters of Ceremony

Men and women with prior experience as liturgical ministers are trained to coordinate and support the roles of all the ministers at Mass and other liturgies. Formation begins with an eight-month study of the liturgy.

Sacristy Care

Prepare and maintain the items that are needed by the presider and other ministers to properly and prayerfully celebrate Mass and other liturgies. Some tasks are completed at home, others in the church. They include washing and ironing altar cloths, corporals, purificators, and altar server albs; replacing sanctuary, chapel, tabernacle and votive candles; cleaning and polishing brass candle followers and bobeches; and tidying pew racks.

Ushers & Greeters

Men and women are trained to welcome and support the physical activities of the assembly during Mass and other liturgies, including: seating people, distributing worship aids and bulletins, taking up collections, forming and facilitating processions, and providing crisis assistance, if needed.

Cantors are singers who have accepted a special role in the musical leadership of the parish. Membership in the St. Gregory Choir or the St. Raphael Choir is required. Musical and liturgical formation is provided.

St. Raphael Choir

St. Raphael Choir is a music ministry serving All Saints Catholic Community through musical leadership at the Sunday 9:15 a.m. Mass. The repertoire is drawn mainly from the works of contemporary composers of liturgical music. The ensemble includes vocalists and instrumentalists whose mission is to promote full, conscious and active participation during Mass by enabling the sung prayer of the assembly. All vocalists and instrumentalists who have a desire to praise God through contemporary music and through the fellowship of our Lord Jesus Christ are welcome. Rehearsals are Wednesdays, 7:30 - 9:00 p.m., September through June.

St. Gregory Choir

This choir provides musical leadership at the Sunday 11:00 a.m. Mass, Midnight Mass and at Masses for All Saints Day, and All Souls Day. Rehearsals are Tuesdays, 7:30 - 9:30 p.m. in the Music Room throughout the year. Repertoire includes music from the 13th to the 21st centuries, both traditional and contemporary. Childcare is available.

Sunday 5:00 P.M. Mass Band

This band is an ensemble of vocalists and instrumentalists, specializing in contemporary Christian music, who lead the musical worship at the Sunday 5:00 p.m. Teen Mass.

All Saints Youth Choir


The All Saints Youth Choir is open to children in grades 2-8. The choir sings at monthly Masses throughout the school year including Christmas Eve, Palm Sunday, Mother's Day, and also for various special events. In July 2018, the choir will participate in a National Congress of Youth Choirs in Chicago! The choir rehearses during the school year on Tuesdays, 3:30-4:40 pm at All Saints School Chapel and 5:00-6:00 pm at All Saints Church Choir Room.
